What Do I Need To Run Your Program?
Confirm with your I/S department that you have:
- Microsoft SQL Server software available on your system
- Workstations running Microsoft Windows98/2000/XP/NT
- We can discuss other technical requirements with your I/S specialists by telephone. Such requirements are in the nature of various settings, and confirming the capacity of the hardware to handle your expected work load.
Can Your Software Handle The Volume In Our Company?
Our software is used by several large file room/post closing installations in the industry. It is not uncommon to have clients track millions of documents in DokTrak.
How much training do we need?
For a staff that is already doing the work of managing file rooms or post-closing functions, DokTrak is intuitive enough that very little training is required. We can usually get you and your staff up within a 3-5 day period with one or two trainers on site. If you are setting up a new servicing site, we can expand training as necessary to establish the department from the ground up. DokTrak is not software that requires constant training support and regular training updates for continued use.
How Does DokTrak Work With Other Applications?
DokTrak can be set up to talk to virtually any other software. Most of our clients have an interface with the main servicing system, to download payoff and new loan data into DokTrak. Other typical interfaces include access to imaging systems and passing data to other systems, such as outsourcers, etc.
How Do We Get Software Support?
We have a competent software support staff. Their hours are 7:30 am to 5:00 pm Pacific Time. It is usually possible to get help immediately by calling our support number. For support after hours, our answering service will contact on-call staff who will call you back within a short time. We have that support 24x7. We get very few calls we cant handle quickly.
Does DokTrak track Multiple Exceptions for a single document?
Yes. DokTrak allows clients to log and track multiple exceptions for each document, and allows the user to verify all of the problems with individual documents.
Does DokTrak increase the efficiency of our operation?
Yes it does. How much time do you currently spend tracking and locating your companys valuable collateral documents for much needed information? DokTrak makes it easy to find the location of all of your companys documents, including past location histories for an electronic trail of where the documents have been.
Will DokTrak be able to use all of our existing locations?
Yes. DokTrak allows clients to setup their own existing locations. Whether it is locations for your file room such as shelves, aisles, rows, or external locations such as investors, custodians, vaults, etc, DokTrak can easily accommodate all of the various locations that are currently in use by your company.
Yes But what about our current tracking systems?
DokTrak can be initially setup and configured to run a one-time conversion/import all of your accounts, documents and their location from other tracking systems. This process can handle a wide variety of data formats: Microsoft Access, Dbfs, SQL Server databases, XML, and more
Does DokTrak track users productivity?
Yes. DokTrak does track the number of transactions done by each user. These activities can range from adding documents/files, adding/clearing exceptions, receiving documents, designating loan/document statuses, creating/filling requests, and more. Reports can be created within the DokTrak application to determine the number of various transactions by users/depts for a given amount of time (date range, specific date, etc.)
