Rekon Technologies is a leading software vendor in the mortgage loan servicing

Rekon and DokTrak systems.
 The
Rekon system is a lien release software system used by many mortgage
loan servicers to prepare a release of lien for their paid in full loans. The
software is particularly adapted to manage the many idiosyncrasies involved in
preparing lien releases for the 3600+ recording districts which have unique
recording requirements including required titles for lien releases such as
Reconveyance, Satisfaction, Discharge and Quit Claim. Additionally, during the
preparation of a release of lien, many operational functions must be performed
which are common to the mortgage loan servicing industry. The Rekon system is
specially designed and enhanced to accommodate industry needs as the market
changes to meet the operational demands of a loan servicer and sharply increase
the efficiency of the departments running the Rekon system.
 The
DokTrak system is a loan tracking software system also primarily used
in the loan servicing industry to track and manage everything from documents,
images, to the whole servicing file in the loan servicing process. The system
has been used in a variety of scenarios including file room and post-closing
functions. With a standard customization package included with the DokTrak
system, any department will be able to customize the system to meet their
unique needs, while reducing the bottom line due to the increased efficiencies
resulting from the deployment of the DokTrak product.
